We have through screening of guests that stay at our properties. Our clients are verified via Government Issued ID, Photos, Phone number, Email address, and have positive reviews from other hosts they have stayed with. We also have a declaration signed by the guests which outlines the policies and house rules including no smoking, no pets, noise and no parties to ensure they are not disturbing neighbors.

While we are covered under the host protection from sites like Airbnb which cover for up-to $1m, we insure properties separately as well that offer Airbnb Short Term Rental Insurance. So, you have a peace of mind that your property is in good hands.

There is less wear and tear to the property when we rent. There are two main reasons for it. We hire professional cleaners to professionally clean the property at least once every fortnight to keep the property spotless and tip top condition. Since there is a typical occupancy rate of 50-60%, The average wear and tear is far lesser than compared to a long-term tenant staying at all times.

Not only the rent is paid on time at all times, we lease properties for greater period of times such as 24 – 36 months so the Owner doesn’t have to look for tenants too often.

You can either choose to lease your property to us at a fixed rental OR you could become a Co-Host with us and we will manage the property for you.
